Christian Mandl

Christian Mandl, Chairman

Christian co-founded the low-cost airline SkyEurope in 2001 and managed it until 2007, before exiting his investment to focus on new ventures.  In April 2009, Christian became the owner and chairman of Maporama Solutions, who specializes in the visualization of enterprise data on maps.  He is also the managing director of Danube Consulting, providing advisory services to investors in Central & Eastern Europe. He is involved in the development of several projects including the establishment of a venture capital fund to promote R&D in Slovakia and renewable energy initiatives.  Christian holds a degree from IEP Paris (Sciences Po) and a postgraduate degree from the Free University of Berlin.  He is a member of the Venturepreneurs’ Organization. 

Matthieu Bouteiller

Matthieu Bouteiller, CFO

After 5 years with Ernst & Young as a senior auditor specializing in corporate transactions, Matthieu joined Rexel, a global B2B retail group as a corporate controller for the United States. More recently, he worked as an investment manager with Unigestion, a financial institution based in Geneva.

Eudes du Rivau

Eudes du Rivau, CTO

Eudes brings a strong IT background to Maporama Solutions. He joined Wincap Software in 1995 as the IT Director and continued in this role with Alapage e-Commerce Cultural Site in 1999. In 2000, Eudes joined Maporama as the Production Manager and has since lead the team in developing, implementing, and managing the backend architecture for the extensive tool suite and hosting platform. During this time, he spent 1 year at Oxford studying International Management and later received a Masters degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce LIBS with an emphasis in finance.

Ricard Borer

Richard Borer, Front End Manager

Richard comes to Maporama Solutions with a broad background in both marketing and development. In 1997, Richard received a degree in marketing from DUT Economique, after which he worked as a creator of web and multimedia sites.  In 1999, he joined World Electronics Business as Packaging Designer for video games, spending time as a subcontractor in Asia before joining assurland.com as a web designer and vocal server developer. Richard has been with Maporama since 2001 and now serves as the front end manager, coordinating efforts for both strategic client applications and for Maporama's solution suite.  

Brahim Abkar

Brahim Abkar, Back End and Middle End Manager

As manager of the back and middle tiers of Maporama’s technology, Brahim oversees the development of and updates to modules such as itinerary generation, geocoding, map display and custom web services.  Brahim joined Maporama in 2005 after having completed his engineering degree at l’Ecole Centrale d’Electronique in France.
