Maporama Solution Appoints a New Management Team

Paris, France- July 8th, 2009 – Maporama Solutions, a specialist in professional geo-localization solutions, has appointed Jean-Luc Pétorin as CEO and Matthieu Bouteiller as CFO. Maporama Solutions’ assets have recently been taken over by Christian Mandl, the founder of SkyEurope.

“We are truly delighted to welcome Jean-Luc Pétorin and Matthieu Bouteiller to these strategic positions. Their mission for Maporama Solutions will consist in refocusing company business towards a B-to-B model, so as to ensure lasting and profitable growth in major account sales in France and worldwide,” says Christian Mandl, Chairman of Maporama Solutions.

Jean-Luc Pétorin began his career with Microsoft France, where he worked in supervisory roles in sales (major accounts) and marketing (SMEs, SMIs and partners). He is a graduate of the Marseilles Advanced Business School (Sup de Co). 

For over three years, Jean-Luc Pétorin managed European marketing for creative products at Adobe Systems, where he steered major international projects, as well as managing the launch of new product ranges. Between 1998 and 2005, he launched three US subsidiary start-ups in France, including Photodisc, before becoming Country Manager for Getty Images France. In that position, he was in charge of the merger of three companies, while simultaneously continuing to boost their respective growth.
